The Adjutant General (AG) Advanced Leaders Course (ALC) produces NCOs who are mid-grade HR Leaders that are critical and creative thinkers. Students passing this course are doctrinally sound and technically proficient in the delivery of HR support as the Human Resources Sergeant within a Battalion/Brigade S-1 or SRC 12 organization. The AG ALC app contains useful course related material. Its functional purpose is to assist students during their attendance at the AG ALC. With such tools as: Student Guide Pre-Execution Checklist Packing List Course Educational Outcomes Course Characteristics Graduation Requirements Reference Manuals Course Advance Sheet Module and Lesson Advance Sheets Furthermore there is a comprehensive course calendar that will inform the students of the weekly curriculum of the course to help prepare themselves during attendance at AG ALC.
